I am a passionate and dedicated professional in web and software development, blending technical expertise with a strong background in business administration. As a graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Business Administration, I bring a unique perspective that combines business acumen with innovative technology solutions. Currently, I serve as the department head of a dynamic software development group, leading the delivery of high-impact, user-centered applications. My role empowers me to drive innovation, foster collaboration, and implement technologies that boost operational efficiency and elevate the user experience. My experience as an entrepreneur sharpened my ability to scale technology initiatives with strategic intent, informing my leadership and decision-making today. I hold certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), and most recently, Certified in the Cognitive Project Management for AI (CPMAI) methodology. I’m also currently pursuing the PMP-BA certification to deepen my capabilities in business analysis and strengthen the connection between business needs and technical solutions.
