My passion for providing exceptional customer service started at a young age, as I began offering my services to the local community as a volunteer at St. Mark's Catholic Church. I quickly discovered that interacting with customers and understanding their unique needs was a rewarding experience, and it led me to pursue a career that would allow me to continue building these skills. Following high school, I began working as a valet at some of the most prestigious hotels in the south Florida area. This experience provided me with invaluable training in the art of customer service, and taught me how to handle even the most challenging situations with grace and professionalism. Within just two months on the job, I was promoted to valet supervisor, a role in which I excelled thanks to my dedication to customer satisfaction. After eight years in the valet industry, I decided to pursue my dream of starting a water sports company with my closest friend. We founded Aqua Flight, and began by offering day-to-day rentals to our clients. Over time, however, our focus shifted towards providing exceptional customer service in the yachting industry. Today, we are proud to offer yacht toy sales, rentals, and service to clients around the world, and our commitment to providing the highest level of customer service possible remains at the core of our business.
