I live by the philosophy that consumers will only ever share their experiences with businesses they’ve patronized for two reasons: because the experience was horrible or because it was exceptional. There are no memorable interactions that are just mediocre. My career has been spent making sure I provide the best possible service to my clients and go above and beyond in building a relationship that will last for years to come. For me, sales is about more than just connecting consumers with a product or service. It’s about serving as a liaison between two parties and making sure both reap the benefits of the relationship. There is so much more to sales than just simply getting people to buy something, and I pride myself in my experience and expertise with customer service, product knowledge, account management, retail operations and team leadership. I believe that focusing on these important skills will ultimately lead to success in any sales-based position, especially an executive level management role. My years of experience in sales and account management have allowed me to perfect the ins and outs of a sales transaction from start to finish and to possess the confidence to pass that knowledge along to new hires and trainees. I have a unique ability to see the “big picture” and focus on overall sales goals while also treating each and every client as the single most important account I have. This, combined with my dual experience in both retail consumer operations and in B2B sales and management, make me the perfect asset to any company or organization looking to boost sales volume and retain clients long-term.
