I am a Platform Engineer, expert in designing and maintaining robust infrastructure solutions to drive operational efficiency and significantly increase IT / cybersecurity capability by combining > 10 years’ expertise operating in fast-paced environments to drive innovation, optimise performance and achieve world-class security standards across all platforms for wide variety of entities. When Reward needed to address critical data ingestion and log collection challenges, I led their significant design improvements to Devo SIEM solution, by identifying and resolving gaps in log collection from specific data sources, ensuring comprehensive visibility across all logs, and implementing enhancements that enabled real-time threat detection. Succeeded in significantly strengthening security posture and response capabilities. When Agio’s credential management system required an upgrade to enhance its security and management capabilities, I led design and implementation of new password management solution utilising Delinea Secret Server, by overseeing migration of credentials from IT Glue, and ensuring seamless transition. Successfully delivered a solution that advanced security, storage and management of internal and customer client credentials. One of my core skills is safeguarding systems and data through the proactive identification and mitigation of security threats by leveraging robust cutting-edge cybersecurity measures and incident response strategies. I am passionate about facilitating effective communication between internal departments, stakeholders, and clients to ensure transparency, drive collaboration, and build a foundation of trust and mutual respect.
