Director and CEO of ACJM ENTERPRISES PTY LTD. Extensive experience within the hospitality and people management industries. Purchased a 400+ seat venue and became director of my own company at just 21 years old. I owned and operated a venue throughout covid managing staff, suppliers, customer relations as well as the back end of business and finances while at the same time continuing to make profits consistently. I’ve managed bars in and around Melbourne for over 6 years helping multiple businesses grow and increase profits. I’ve managed a bar in Mitcham turning per week to over A record month in December 2019 saw the venue take in 3 and a half weeks while maintaining labour percentages and food cost. Trained staff from 15 years old through to 50+ while maintaining strong staff retention of 27 (only turned over 2 staff in 3 years voluntarily). Managed events with 300+ people, created project schedules, rosters while keeping projects within budget with minimal expenditure. Single handedly negotiated million dollar + lease agreements to benefit owner/operators and “hands on” business owners.
