About Anthony Cerullo

As a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and Computer Engineering Technician, and with 10+ years of IT experience, currently as Information Systems Administrator with Magna Powertrain Inc, next to technology, what I enjoy most about my work is building rapport with my clients. To be of service I research technology updates and changes, and note the trends. This interest has led to adding IT procurement to my main focus, which is ensuring that office and terminal computers, ERP, and network systems are set up and operating properly, and that problems are addressed with urgency. IT procurement ensures that long-term business plans are integrated into IT budgets, aligning corporate business requirements with IT strategic direction. As a quick study and with an unquenchable thirst for knowledge and for the “new,” I am often called upon, or volunteer, to lead or assist with special projects, such as infrastructure changes, upgrades, audit requirements, and so on. I’ve augmented my value with continuous training, adding the Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and Telus Phone Management on PBX programming, as well as completing Magna’s BEST – Building Excellence in Supervision – training. The program emphasized teamwork, conflict resolution, and preparing others to succeed, a key element to providing customer service quality at the level to which I myself aspire. After all, it’s all about people – getting their technical issue resolved, which helps them get their work done, contributing their piece to the larger, corporate goal. I am grateful to be in a profession that brings me great satisfaction as it blends the analytical with relationship building, my love for technology with my enjoyment of people.
