About Anthony Civito
My love and passion for the landscape stems long before my college career started. Spending my time in the garden and on the golf course allowed the combination of nature and architecture to fuel and inspire my decision to pursue a career in the green industry. I am a recent graduate of URI with a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture, Magna Cum Laude, and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Horticulture and Turfgrass Management, Magna Cum Laude. Along with my college education, past and present work experiences in landscape construction and landscape maintenance, I have become more knowledgeable and familiar with the various types of practices, people, and applications associated with the industry. Some of my experiences have come from working closely with faculty members from both the Horticulture department and Landscape Architecture department. Maintaining the URI botanical gardens, teaching cad, 3d modeling, computer graphics, and assisting professors has provided me with the confidence and ability to work with individuals and groups who operate at the professional level.
