About Anthony Colas

I have a master's degree in physics chemistry, with a specialization in polymer engineering and formulation, from ENSCBP. Since November 2019, I have been working as a face make up development engineer at L'Oréal, where I lead and manage a team on face make up development project. My core competencies include colloid systems & polymer formulation, physicochemical characterizations, team & project management, and innovation. In my current role, I formulate different galenic products according to the marketing brief, regulation, and the company's sustainable objectives. I also follow up on the scale-up and production steps, ensuring the quality and efficiency. Previously, I completed two internships in applied research, one at L'Oréal on scalp care and anti-hair loss project, and one at Massey University on foam stabilization by cationic surfactant crystals. Through these experiences, I acquired skills in laboratory methods, physicochemical characterizations, and collaboration with different services. I am passionate about creating new and improved cosmetic products that meet the needs and expectations of consumers. I value diversity, creativity, and excellence in my work, and I seek to contribute to the growth and innovation of the organization.
