With a lengthy career specialising in Safety and Operational based outcomes within the Aviation sector, I have enjoyed growing both professionally and personally alongside the growth of the industry itself. Graduating from various roles in the forms of key and ongoing promotions, I am currently sitting in a Site Supervisor position - a role that allows me to impart my industry expertise, operational excellence, and subject matter knowledge to those around me, creating high-performing and confident teams of industry professionals. I am particularly interested in the future direction of the industry, utilising personal time to study, attend events, and keep up to date with the evolution of the space. As a personable and open individual, I enjoy seeing those under my supervision reach both their personal and professional goals, and remain available to mentor, coach, and guide, as well as manage and supervise, to allow them to achieve this.
