About Anthony Colombo

As an Events industry professional, I have been responsible in assisting in making my client’s projects a success. With a strong passion for events and project management, I have led team's from the initial concept through to design and implementation. Liaising with clients and stakeholders, making sure all deadlines and budgets are met, ensuring a successful, efficient and seamless experience completed each time. Having worked on numerous high profile and large scale events across the many venues in Australia, specialising in event management and live event production, I have gained valuable project management skills across a broad range of markets, from corporate, concerts, festivals, theatre, exhibitions, sports TV / film, and special public events. My management roles have allowed me to learn the valuable skills required for any successful event, from the start of the event planning process to the execution of the event as well as post event reporting. My experience includes completion of formal training and education, including a traineeship with Jands Production Services and an Advanced Diploma in Events Management. Some of the memorable events I have been involved in are; Opening / Closing Ceremony of the Sydney Olympics at Stadium Australia, various tours around Australia including Man From Snowy River Arena Spectacular, Bob Dylan and John Farnham – The Main event, MTV Music Awards, VIVID Light Festival, Sydney New Year’s Eve Celebrations on Sydney Harbour and NRL State of Origin and Grand Final events.
