I am a senior executive with expertise in Human Resources and Safety management, focusing on Human Resources and Safety management. I have gained broad experience in large and medium sized organisations in ANZ/AsiaPac including Toll Holdings, Hyundai Australia, Wesfarmers, Komatsu Australia, Brambles and Ansett Australia / Air New Zealand. I have held leadership roles in civil construction, and materials production, manufacturing, industrial services, transport & logistics, FMCG, ragri-business, automotive & capital equipment manufacture, sales and after market support, waste management, aviation & global cargo operations and business consulting. I strive to enable organisations and people to be the best they can be through active business engagement, strong relationships at all levels and a personal style that applies experience, intellect and pragmatism. I utilise my skills and experience across a spectrum of industries to develop effective, fit for purpose HR Strategy and pragmatic implementation. I excel in environments of transformational change, business turn around, start-up and business improvement or where the HR function requires renewal and improvement. I have led teams to develop innovative solutions to business challenges whilst maintaining focus on the delivery of fundamental people management processes. I want to lead an HR function that is respected for its contribution to the performance of the business. I am presently looking for my next career challenge as a Senior HR Executive.
