California native, residing in great state of Texas. 10+ years of Retail experience. Worked my way up from truck unloader and now a salaried leader. I am a firm believer that anything is possible when you create a goal and execute a well thought out plan of attack. Hard work and taking on new challenges helped me move through the ranks, but I would be nowhere without my teams. Motivation to succeed and great team building, along with strong integrity and trust has been the professional culture I’ve strived to create and maintain throughout my career. Teaching and training is what gets me excited. Seeing the light click on in my team members eyes when they understand something new and then the energy they bring when they finally see their potential brightens my soul. None of us would be where we are if no one took the time to develop us. I just want to change the world, one person at a time.
