As an application engineer, I leverage my technical support expertise and computer science background to assist customers and sales teams with pre-sales and post-sales technical solutions. I have over two years of experience in providing Tier level support to customers' engineers, diagnosing and solving issues with software or devices, and working with development teams to prioritize and validate bug and new feature tickets. I am passionate about improving manufacturing and development processes as well as enhancing customer satisfaction through the care and attention I am able to provide. I have successfully demonstrated and installed sample devices, answered technical questions, and helped with initial configurations for multiple customers in various industries. I was also the immediate escalation point of contact for support team, guiding and collaborating with them to resolve challenging issues in a timely manner.
