My professional background is as a senior human resources manager with over 35 years of human resource leadership experience. As a consultant, my goal is to be the best HR consultant I can be for any client I have lived & worked in the U.S. & Poland & have worked in Canada, Mexico & China. Through my work, I was exposed to many different cultures. This exposure has given me a broad world perspective and enriched and enhanced my performance as a global HR professional Experienced in customer-focused and service-oriented HR management positions at the Plant and Corporate Staff levels that honed my complex employee relations, employee engagement, organizational management and policy development skills. Have the ability to deliver quality results on time in a highly ethical & professional manner & work in high pressure, results-oriented environments; excellent interpersonal & negotiating skills; a strong team player able to build relationships at all levels within the organizations I've supported; effective group & one-on-one communicator, able to facilitate team development & maximize individual performance. After finishing my career with the Ford Motor Company, I formed Personnel Relations Solutions, LLC to provide HR consulting services. Additionally, I have partnered with other HR professionals to form Compass HR Consulting, LLC. In June 2013 I completed a special assignment with Ford Motor Company providing HR/Labor Relations assistance to Parts Depots located in Phoenix, AZ, Rancho Cucamonga, CA and Portland, OR. I have appeared as an HR expert panelist for the Jobs 911 program on KPNX News Channel 12 in Phoenix, Arizona and I have also served as an HR expert panelist for the Workforce Development – Workforce Connection for Maricopa County, Arizona. The aim of both panels is to assist those in transition understand what tools are needed to compete in today’s tight labor market.
