About Anthony Davis

I am Dr. Anthony D. Davis Sr—a veteran investigator, pastor, national anti-human-trafficking trainer, leadership speaker, and mentor committed to strengthening people, protecting communities, and elevating organizations. With over 40 years of experience across the U.S. Air Force, pharmaceutical and medical leadership, the pretrial court system, and two decades of pastoral and mentoring work, I bring a unique combination of investigative insight, faith, leadership, and lived wisdom to every room I enter.Today, I serve as the National Chief Trainer for United Abolitionists (StopHumanTrafficking.com), equipping airports, corporations, executives, universities, civic groups, and faith communities to identify, disrupt, and prevent human trafficking. My approach blends military discipline, trauma-informed training, and leadership development to address the demand side that fuels exploitation.I am also the creator of Positive Power with Tony—a motivational and leadership platform designed to help people rebuild confidence, activate purpose, and transform their personal and professional lives. Whether I’m training C-suite leaders, mentoring young men, speaking to a congregation, or empowering survivors and families, my mission remains the same:People don’t need perfection—they need power, truth, wisdom, and hope.If you're focused on building people, protecting communities, or leading meaningful change, let’s connect.Positive Power flows where purpose grows.
