My name is Anthony DeFranco and I’m a Regional Director of Programs with more than 5 years of experience looking to apply my many skills in new ways. I’ve contributed to the growth of the business division with my involvement in all aspects ranging from on the ground operations to budgeting. I have utilized various applications to plan and strategize for the future success of the company. I’ve led a team of 5 Directors to follow program policies, construct a high-level curriculum, manage staffing of programs and effectively plan and operate events. My best characteristics shine through my achievement of being a 4-time competitor on the TV show, American Ninja Warrior, and winning a couple qualifying rounds. Hitting buzzers under pressure took determination, focus, and resilience which I will bring to the team. As a Regional Director at Centercourt Club and Sports, I am responsible for oversight of 5 directors, tracking and recording historical data, and planning and implementing business strategies. The professional experience I’ve gained during my time here has helped me to grow as a leader and methodically resolve issues while improving my overall managerial knowledge. Prior to this position, I spent about one year working as an Audit Associate at KPMG. In this role, I expanded my knowledge of corporate accounting and organization. I worked closely with partners to come to audit conclusions, communicated effectively with clients, and refined my knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
