My work spans building internal tools with Python, Alteryx, Power Automate, and SharePoint to streamline QA, billing, scheduling, and reporting workflows. I operate at the intersection of developer operations, business intelligence, and process governance — enabling our teams to scale with precision and transparency. I also explore AI/AGI-enhanced systems that support long-term transformation: including predictive models for operational timing, runtime diagnostics, and data-driven SOP execution.
