About Anthony Delcor

I started my journey in the automotive industry as a maintenance technician in a Volkswagen and Audi dealership. My passion for excellence and hunger to know every technical aspect of a car fueled me through the many trainings leading to my "Master Technician" certification in 2011. In 2013 I got the opportunity to run the workshop as Workshop Manager. Leading several technicians to a higher level whilst raising the bar for outstanding quality in combination with higher efficiency gave me important insights in the mechanics of the aftersales processes. I trained my colleagues on warranty procedures and coached them to grow into the next generation of outstanding technicians. In 2019 I was asked to use my skills and insights to guide the local aftersales managers of our different dealerships through a fast evolving industry as Group Aftersales Manager. I'm building KPI reports and organize operational meetings. As SPOC (Single Point Of Contact) for our importer, I have the responsibility to materialize business strategies from the VW AG brands. I love to work out projects leading up to efficient and future proof processes, always trying to raise customer and employers satisfaction. In 2023 Jennes N.V. became a part of the Brussels Auto Group (D'Ieteren Mobility Company) and as of 2024 I was promoted as Group Aftersales Manager of the Brussels Auto Group who counts 13+ dealerships around the capital.
