About Anthony Denis

Bilingual (English–French) and a former NCAA athlete, I value teamwork, precision, and resilience in everything I do. As an Import VIP Client Support Specialist at MSC USA, I manage logistics and performance data for VIP clients through real-time operations and analytics. Every day, I coordinate shipment data, timelines, and client communication for hundreds of containers — specialized in using data and automation to prevent delays, improve performance, and strengthen relationships across maritime logistics and import operations. Skilled in Excel (VBA, Power Query, Scripting), Power BI Specialist, SQL, and n8n, I design automated systems that simplify reporting, alert tracking, and client updates. I use data to identify bottlenecks, analyze transit times, and deliver actionable insights for quarterly business reviews. Passionate about emerging technologies, AI, and automation in logistics, I constantly explore how predictive analytics can make global supply chains more reliable and sustainable. I bring a global mindset and an analytical eye to every challenge — and I always believe every problem can be solved.
