About Anthony Diamond

I currently work for Diligent as Client Advocate, it is a role that allows me to work directly with my clients under a variety of responsibilities where I strive to provide an excellent customer experience for all my clients, by anticipating and resolving client issues in a manner that exceeds client expectations. I remain in periodic contact with my customers to evaluate satisfaction and proactively identify upcoming needs, and migration to other Diligent products as the circumstances dictate. Amongst the responsibilities that my role entails I also enjoy: Providing One-on-One training through Webex/Zoom sessions with clients. Hosting monthly informational webinars for my product. Providing content for the quarterly newsletters. What I love the most about my role at Diligent is working directly with my clients and building a rapport with them, making sure they are getting the most out of the product and seeing the value that Diligent products bring to the client's organization.
