As the Director of Quality Assurance at TTM Technologies, I oversee the quality operations for multiple factories in the Aerospace & Defense sector, ensuring the highest standards of product quality and customer satisfaction are met. I have over 15 years of experience in various leadership roles across business operations, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain, leveraging my PMP and Lean Six Sigma credentials to drive process improvement and operational excellence. In my previous role as the Vice President of Quality at Telephonics, I managed a team of 60+ personnel across three sites and four departments, overseeing the quality and manufacturing engineering teams for new and existing production, product support, and shipments. I also managed the P&L, budget, and strategy for these functions, delivering results that contributed to the company's growth and profitability. I am a proud disabled veteran of the United States Navy and a passionate, loyal, and dedicated professional who thrives on tackling complex problems and generating creative solutions.
