About Anthony dos Santos

With over twenty-five years of experience in public safety and law enforcement, I am a passionate and dedicated leader in the field of emergency management. As the Assistant Director of Public Safety at Sullivan County Community College (SCC), I oversee the daily operations of the campus security, fire safety, and emergency preparedness programs, ensuring a safe and secure environment for students, faculty, and staff. I also leverage my skills and expertise in evidence collection, analysis, and preservation, as well as my experience as a former detective at the Sullivan County Sheriff's Office and the Sullivan County Welfare Fraud Task Force, to conduct investigations, audits, and trainings on various public safety issues and policies. I am committed to enhancing the quality and effectiveness of the public safety services at SCC, as well as collaborating with other departments and external agencies to foster a culture of cooperation, trust, and respect. I enjoy working with a diverse and talented team of public safety professionals, who share my vision of creating a safe and resilient community at SCC.
