My strengths include but are not limited to being personable and optimistic while dealing with customer and co-worker situations. My communication skills allow me to work well as a team and take ownership in a leadership position. Being a leader has allowed me to solve problems effectively with fellow employees to keep my team running smoothly by bringing the best out of each other, ultimately increasing business. My educational and professional career has helped strengthen my organizational skill set by ensuring daily practices and outlets are completed accurately and to a professional, cohesive standard. My current role at Nordstrom has taught me to be curious and ever-changing by learning new skills daily.
