About Anthony Eritano
Anthony attended San Francisco State University (SFSU), earning his Bachelors of Science in Cell and Molecular Biology (2012), and his Masters of Science in Cell and Molecular Biology (2014). During his time at SFSU he was a NIH MARC and RISE Fellow. Recently, Anthony earned his Doctorate in Developmental Biology from Kobe University (2020) through the International Program Associate Program in cooperation with the RIKEN Center for Biosystems Dynamics Research (BDR), formally the RIKEN Center for Developmental Biology (CDB). Anthony has a research focus on tissue morphogenesis, cell fate determination, and tissue patterning. But his interest is in microscopy. He has been trained on various systems including: Single and Multi-photon confocal microscopy, spinning disc microscopy, SPIM, and high resolution microscopy.
