Background

About Anthony F.

I joined the team at Project Control after a successful and dynamic career in commercial construction and finance. Serving primarily as an owners representative, I work to ensure complex projects achieve their goals. Outside of my work at Project Control, I also serve as a project manager for Pine Ridge Development LLC. I helped to establish the company, design, build, provide financial oversight, and market a high end residential housing development in Crete, Nebraska. In my hometown, I also serve the Ward 1 City Council representative. Prior to my City Council role I served the community of Crete as the Chairperson of the Planning Commission and a member of the Airport Authority.Other insight gained from owning a landscape contracting business for over ten years, managing a custom hay operation, and being a Certified Commercial Drone Pilot and Private Pilot allow me to engage in any market segment. My past experience allows me to assist with a dynamic range of clients including: municipalities, agencies, private residential, and agricultural operations.
