Howdy, I’m Anthony Flores, a licensed insurance professional, Compliance Point of Contact at USAA, and an emerging data analyst committed to clarity, integrity, and continuous learning. For over 15 years, I’ve supported members during pivotal life moments, blending frontline service with operational precision. In my current role, I lead compliance initiatives, coordinate complex policy solutions, and deliver bi-weekly audit briefings that translate data into actionable insight. These experiences sharpened my ability to bridge people, policy, and systems & revealed a deeper passion for the mechanics behind the work. That curiosity led me to pursue a B.S. in Data Science (with a minor in Computer Science) at UMGC, where I’m actively building projects in Python, SQL, and Tableau. My focus is on uncovering patterns, telling meaningful stories with data, and solving operational challenges with scalable tools. Whether I’m advising on quoting accuracy, presenting to leadership, or optimizing workflows, I strive to raise standards with every task. Outside of work, I’m passionate about behavioral finance, macro trends, and blockchain ecosystems.
