A lifelong cyclist who thrives on rallying the community around the sport that he loves through the organization of local and regional events such as races, cycling and repair clinics, group rides, and volunteer trail building efforts. An accomplished sales person who drives direct sales through building relationships with clients and offering unique solutions for their individual needs and desired experiences. A problem solver who generates year over year sales growth through the implementation of unique cycling opportunities in the shop and in the community such as indoor cycling, youth mountain bike rides, and skills clinics. An effective leader who is capable of motivating individuals and teams to work together to accomplish long-term goals by focusing on resource and time management. A dedicated member of the cycling community who knows that everyone’s connection to cycling is different, but equally important, and uses his passion to grow the sport from the ground up through volunteer trail maintenance, work with the local NICA youth mountain bike team, and building relationships with government agencies. A sales person that engages customers in a direct, personal manner that breaks down the walls between the sales person and Customer.
