OVERVIEW: I consider myself to be a self-driven individual with extensive experience in credit risk management.From my credit background, I was able to transition into becoming a technical specialist in IRB. In this role I was a key stakeholder in achieving IRB status at Investec Bank. My role has migrated from delivering on this project, to now focused on achieving business as usual. I lead a team of Basel/Credit analysts that operate nationally, our team is known for their knowledge and national consistent application of the IRB models, RAC and Basel Classifications, the Basel Framework and Return on EquityOver time I have built relationships across the Investec Bank group.
