About Anthony Gardner

My experience has included Design & Detail of various components of Power & Free Conveyors as well as Inverted Power & Free Conveyors and Floor Conveyors. I did sub ass'y, ass'y, & layout drawings of conveyors in automotive assembly plants. The company mainly worked with Ford but also dealt with Toyota, GM, and others. Specialties: My specialty's included design and layout of conveyor systems drawn in Autocad vs. I also did Quality Control Final Inspections of equipment before shipment. I used Check Sheets as well as the drawing and some calculations to make sure the product matched the required specifications listed on the drawing and shop order. In my previous career thru 2019 I drew Parcel Conveyor Systems for FedEX, FedEX Ground, and UPS. I have worked with placing Unload, Irregular, Primary and Secondary Sort Conveyors, worked with placing simulators, scales, scanners and recirculation conveyors. I have worked with small short, shoe sort, slides, and chutes. I have also worked with Van lines, drive, and access platforms, egress and tow cart paths as well as supports and As-Builts for these systems. In my current career I work with various sizes and types of Petroleum tanks. These include Above Ground and Underground Tanks. This includes placing weld flanges, couplings, and manways in various arrangements across the top of the tank. This also includes showing access ladders at the end of tanks and showing fill and pump types and placements on the tank. This also includes showing emergency and atmospheric vents, depth gauges, and leak monitors for Double Wall Tanks. This includes skids, platforms, and canopies on certain size tanks. On underground tanks there are Fittings, Manways, Sump Collars, and Hold Down Strap Layouts. As part of this I have worked with various petroleum part suppliers to ensure the design will work as needed for Customers across the country. I have also had the opportunity to learn Solidworks 3D Parts and Assembly's. I have also worked on various Facility layouts and designs.
