About Anthony Giannattasio

I have spent the last 5 years working in the manufacturing world both in product development and in integration.I have lead multiple projects from start to finish, which have ranged from small hand tool to large robotics cells. I started my career at Kirchhoff automotive, where I performed process and time studies in order to eliminate down time in both the stamping cells and the robot cells, helped develop a method of tracking root causes for down time and then develop solutions, I created worked instructions for operators to be able to move from cell to cell to increase productivity. I conducted continuous improvement operations by reorganizing factory floor layout both physically and on cad modeling as well as reorganizing Hilo travel routs to eliminate downtime. I transitioned to manufacturing project engineer at JR Automation, There I took project from cradle to grave, I oversaw the design of tool and cells, checked drawings and them organized other department to complete project, complete project BOM purchasing and fabricating of components of build, My projects included console and seat lift assist door install tools, Robot cells that etched vin numbers, that had to be integrated in to an existing system. I fallowed all my projects to the final destination and commissioned them to final buyoff at costumer site, working with there install and integration team to complete project on time and within budget. I have worked with multiple departments to bring complex projects to light both on our company floor and at the customer site. I am a skilled design manufacturer with experience in management, rapid prototyping, equipment installation, systems integration/modification, and launch.I am skilled in Microsoft word, outlook, and PowerPoint, CAD design and development, I am also familiar with code in C# language.
