In the world of business there are those that wait for things to happen, and those that make things happen. I set goals, motivate and create a fun environment for my team while focusing on the tasks to deliver the needed results. In my 25+ years in leadership roles I have have had the opportunity to be mentored by some of the best managers in the business world. I have molded my leadership style to incorporate a piece of all of them. Rule #1 is to surround yourself with a winning team. I am poised and ready to take on new challenges to deliver favorable results. I know that with my skill set I will be an asset to your company. In all facets of business there will be employees that are disconnected. As a true leader you must be a "TMC" TEACHER-MENTOR-COACH. So many in leadership roles spend enormous efforts to separate challenged personnel. I am a firm believer that when people are trained, developed and given constant feedback. They will deliver the needed results to elevate the organizations success. The companies that I have had the privilege to work will validate that my number one goal was to set goals that were attainable and net the highest profits for the company. Customer service is also a priority that must be monitored daily. In doing this I was able to gauge my business and create a loyal customer base.
