About Anthony Gilkison

I am a senior operations and supply chain executive with over two decades of experience leading global transformation across supply chain logistics, manufacturing, customer service, S & OP, and ERP systems. My career has spanned multi-billion-dollar enterprises in packaging, paper, chemical and specialty materials—where I’ve consistently delivered measurable results through strategic vision, operational discipline, and cross-functional leadership. I specialize in optimizing complex supply networks, driving digital transformation (SAP S/4HANA, GTS, automation), and building agile, high-performance teams. Whether leading global Order-to-Cash redesigns across 50+ sites or generating double-digit freight savings through logistics innovation, I bring a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and people-centered leadership. Certified in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt), I’ve led initiatives that delivered millions in annual savings, improved customer service levels, and enhanced regulatory compliance. My leadership style is grounded in collaboration, data-driven decision making, and a passion for continuous improvement.
