About Anthony Gordon

With over 20 years of experience working at the intersection between music, marketing, and technology, I'm grateful to have spent my career engaging with my biggest passions in life. I'm currently the Director of Marketing and Content for Antares, creators of the iconic music production software Auto-Tune. In this role, I'm responsible for contributing to strategy for all marketing activities as well as running the day to day operations of the department. In my time as acting CMO, I helped drive a period of unprecedented growth in the company and reported directly to our CEO and Board of Directors. As Senior Manager of Artist Relations for Avid, makers of the recording industry standard software Pro Tools, I spent 10 years developing and leveraging relationships with some of the most respected and recognized figures in the world of music, film and television production. In addition to my corporate marketing background, I have over 20 years of experience as a professional freelance photographer, copywriter, and recording artist. I've shot editorial work for clients including Rolling Stone, advertising photography for Hendrick's Gin, and copywriting for The Macallan Scotch Whiskey. As a musician, I've recorded 4 full-length albums, performed at major music festivals, and toured nationwide. Both a dreamer and a realist, I'm thoughtful to maintain a balance between creativity and accomplishment. My goal, ultimately, is to continue on a professional path that challenges my intellect, engages my competitive instincts, and provides me with enough good stories to make my memoir worth reading.
