Hello! For the last 16 years I have been employed at The Walt Disney World Resort in Florida. I have had many different roles ranging from being a puppeteer with the entertainment department to resort concierge at Disney's Polynesian Resort. My first professional role at Disney was within Workforce Management where I acted as the Front Desk/Concierge scheduler for five different resort properties.
