About Anthony Hedges

I am a hard working and self-motivated person, who enjoys dealing with technical information at both software and hardware levels and applying that information to real world situations through the scoping, design, installation and configuring of solutions and devices into the customers unique environment. Ensuring it’s tailored to their requirements and needs, then empowering the customer through training and documentation so they are comfortable with their solution. I then ensure the support desk also have a clear understanding, so should an issue arise, the customers experience will be efficient, professional and lead to a quick resolution. I have an empathic approach to dealing with people and a flare for communication to enable knowledge sharing and understanding regardless of end-user experience. This translates particularly well into customer facing meetings, documentation and training. I seek out the opportunities and advantages of the products I am dealing with, developing methods and processes to exploit them to their full potential. I particularly enjoy working on projects and facing challenges.
