At UPS Healthcare, I forged $48M+ in enterprise partnerships with Pfizer, Kaiser Permanente, and Medvantx - transforming distribution models into integrated 3PL solutions that enhanced visibility, reduced compliance risk, and improved patient access. Later, at Phoenix Assurance, I built a $14.5M pipeline in under a year and increased sales velocity by 50% through strategic alignment of BD, operations, and compliance teams.
