My role within the business is to find suitable candidates for my clients and providing high level of service. I am responsible for placing candidates into Temporary, contract & Permanent positions. I am very hands on and like to believe I lead by example. If you are a candidate looking for a new opportunity, get in touch today so I can discuss what you are looking for. Understand your skills and attributes, What drives you, achievements in previous positions and your personal life (not everything has to be strictly work) and most importantly what your ideal next position is and work with you to achieve this. If you are a client and have a need to recruit but you don't want to speak to your typical "Salesman" then look no further. I am not going to push you in to considering my candidate. What I will do is come and meet you, understand your business, your team, why the need has come about and whether I can help you. I am fair, upfront and honest. If I can't supply to you what you need, I will tell you instead of wasting your time. We have built long lasting relationships with clients who become candidates and candidates who become clients. We regularly get referrals asking for support and therefore won't be sending the same candidates as those being pulled from local job boards.
