As a senior at Baylor University majoring in Finance and Management Information Systems, I’ve developed a deep passion for commercial real estate and a strong foundation in financial analysis, real estate valuation, and capital markets. During my summer internship at Eastdil Secured, I gained hands-on experience working on complex real estate investment transactions across various asset types, including multifamily, industrial, retail, and office properties. My time at Eastdil Secured allowed me to hone my skills in financial modeling, cash flow analysis, and market research, utilizing tools like Excel and ARGUS. I presented detailed analyses and insights to senior executives and collaborated on high-impact projects, further solidifying my enthusiasm for the commercial real estate industry. Beyond my technical skills, I thrive in collaborative environments and have a passion for problem-solving. Whether working on a team to develop investment strategies or preparing valuation analyses, I am motivated by the opportunity to help create value through strategic decision-making. I am actively pursuing opportunities in commercial real estate, particularly in capital markets, asset management, and investment analysis.
