i am a clinically licensed social worker. i have worked in the city of milwaukee for one of the most vulnerable and challenging populations (low-income individuals with severe and chronic mental illness) since january of 2009. i have a strong record of excellent performance in my position and consider myself an asset to my employer and to the industry of community-based care. i am a strong advocate for my clients. with over 11 years of experience, i know i can handle virtually any case or individual crisis presented to me. i am confident in my abilities but am not stubborn, and am always willing to coordinate with others to make sure my clients receive the best service available to them. i am a leader by example. i am extremely reliable and work hard every day, as there is always room for improvement in the quality of life for my clients. i also recognize there is always room for improvement in my performance and strive to be a better performer constantly.
