About Anthony Lee

Like any millennial Vancouverite I absolutely LOVE dining out, caring for my mental and physical health, making sustainable and environmentally friendly choices, binge-watching Netflix, and eating things I can't pronounce. In my role as Operations Lead at Tractor Foods I get to use my 10+ years experience in this industry to teach and grow new F&B professionals run our restaurants and oversee new restaurant openings. In our recently launched meal delivery service, Tractor At Home, I lead Dispatch, our customer & delivery support team, and also act as Product Owner within our web development team. In my spare time I try to check out as many restaurants, coffee bars, and breweries as possible - and I don't knock anything until I try it. I enjoy PC building and customization and build gaming PCs and workstations for my colleagues and friends. I try to keep in practice with my love of languages which include English, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin and now Javascript & Python. I bake cakes for birthdays, weddings, and just 'cause and I'm pretty sure I am also the record holder for an individual returning jars to Earnest Ice Cream- 64! The rest of my time is spent cleaning the fur of my perpetually shedding shiba inu, Zuni.
