As the International Sales Director at SEMIN, I am fervently dedicated to the growth of our family-owned industrial group, specialists in building materials. Driven by an unwavering passion for sales, I am most of the time in the field, somewhere around the globe, energizing business development and offering close support to my teams, infusing them with energy and expertise. Since 2017, I have been steering our operations across more than 72 countries and leading with zeal our dedicated teams in Poland, Spain, Germany, the United Kingdom, Algeria, Belgium, Ukraine, Africa, and the Czech Republic. ‍As an active member of the Board, I play a key role in shaping our international strategies, ensuring synergy between our headquarters and various subsidiaries. This cross-departmental collaboration, from R&D to marketing, manufacturing or supply-chain enables me to offer innovative and tailored solutions for each market. At SEMIN we are committed to promoting sustainable construction, and it is with vigor that I lead implantation of eco-friendly product lines in our markets. In addition to my professional and entrepreneurial pursuits, I am deeply committed to serving my country as a Reservist, holding the rank of 1st Class in the 24th Infantry Regiment. This role has ingrained in me a profound sense of discipline, teamwork, and resilience – qualities that I carry into every business challenge and opportunity.
