My career began in Patient Access, where I quickly earned a leadership position at OSF Little Company of Mary. A promotion brought me to Chicago, where I helped lead operations across three Primary Care sites, an Urgent Care center, and Occupational Health services—delivering measurable improvements in efficiency and patient outcomes. Currently, I serve as the Outpatient Oncology Practice Manager at Advocate Health, where I oversee daily operations for Radiation Oncology, Medical Oncology, and the Infusion Center. I lead a high-performing team of over 60 professionals, focusing on enhancing patient experience, optimizing the bottom line, and creating a workplace culture where staff feel empowered and engaged. My leadership philosophy centers on developing people and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. I believe that when you invest in your teams, operational and financial success follow naturally. I’m also completing my MBA capstone project, which reflects my commitment to growth and innovation in the healthcare space.
