Currently serving as Partner, CIO Advisory supporting client engagements in major industries including Manufacturing, Energy, Government and others. He also is Executive Consult Partner for New York City/State agency engagements and contracts. He has supported enterprise level engagements and transformations in ERP, CRM, network/edge, mobility, IOT, DevOps, security & resiliency, data center & application modernization, Artificial Intelligence/Gen AI and others. Tony previously was Senior Executive Consultant independently supporting international client project engagements for several global management & consulting firms. He has experience on a diverse range of client engagements, including structures for business process transformation, global service delivery, cloud deployments, IT sourcing, enterprise software, application portfolio mgmt, storage & network deployment and others. He served as Senior Executive Consultant, Integration & Operations for Dell Technologies where he supported the Chief Integration Officer/COO and Sr. Leadership on integration of Dell/EMC, the largest global merger in technology sector. Tony joined leadership team responsible for planning and execution of Dell/EMC integration across all major business functions, including Sales/Marketing, IT, HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Facilities and Product Development. He also supported transformation initiatives for consolidated Dell Infrastructure Services portfolio. Following the Dell/EMC integration, Tony served as Senior Executive Consultant for Virtustream supporting their CEO and CTO on orchestrating IT and managed service delivery - as well as transformation programs for infrastructure, commercial product portfolios and IT sourcing strategy. Prior to joining Dell Technologies, Tony served over 20 years in various executive roles at IBM, where he most recently was Vice-President/COO, Global Business Operations for Cloud Services in IBM's Cloud Division. He held numerous CIO roles for IBM, including all Business Unit IT responsibilities for Global Technology Services, Global Business Services, and CHQ Manufacturing & Development. Tony managed some of the largest data/call center organizations in the world, spanning all geographies, thousands of employees and IT budgets exceeding $2B. He compiled extensive client and industry engagement experience supporting Fortune 500 to SMB and has been keynote contributor to CIO/ industry events around the world. Tony's industry experience has been diverse across Finance, Insurance, Government, Mfging & Development, Retail, and others.
