I am the Chief Operating Officer at The Portfolio Group having worked for the business since 2004. I’m responsible for overseeing the overall operational management of The Portfolio Group whilst managing our Payroll Perms, HR & Reward and Procurement divisions. I have over 20 years’ experience gained within the Recruitment sector specialising in the Accountancy & Finance, HR, Payroll & Procurement sectors and more recently, Sales & Marketing & IT sectors. My extensive delivery experience and leadership skills means I additionally act as an Account Manager for our high-value PSL contracts and for both UK & Canadian FTSE 100 clients and working with our RPO team on their Executive-level recruitment. I am a subject matter expert in recruitment with extensive experience in benchmarking, industry surveys, market analysis and able to provide advice to clients on building teams and improving their recruitment strategy. In recent years, I have spoken at forums and shared my expertise via topical publications.
