From my earliest project rewriting a hospital data entry program to dramatically improve efficiency, to developing an industry-leading healthcare software product and managing it through 3 generations, I’ve had a key stake in building and transforming companies through technology and innovation. My ability to transform the company’s strategic vision into technology products and solutions has been the hallmark of my career and has resulted in bottom-line business value. Examples include:* Architecting, developing, and managing Paceart’s (now Medtronic Paceart’s) flagship Pacemaker and Arrhythmia Patient Follow-up System.* Developing and delivering bliQ, Buyers Laboratory’s best-in-class document imaging industry SaaS research product.* Managing IT integration through numerous M&A transactions, both as the purchaser and the aquiree.* Realizing a six-figure reduction in IT spend through aggressive optimization of third-party IT support, ISP, and Mobile services spend. Over the course of my career I’ve established and revamped IT organizations supporting a technology startup, business performance transformation, rapid revenue growth, and international expansion. I’ve built and led teams, aligned IT with the business, spearheaded software product development, and worn many hats as a hands-on IT operations executive.
