About Anthony Melby

I’m a U.S. Navy veteran and spent six years serving as a Fire Control Technician, a role that taught me the importance of precision, teamwork, and problem solving under high pressure situations. During my time in the Navy, I developed strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot complex systems skills that I’ve carried with me beyond my military service.Recently, I’ve started a new chapter as a Utilities Lift Station Technician with Marion County, Florida. I’m excited to apply my experience, work ethic, and dedication to keeping vital systems running smoothly. This role is a great opportunity to continue growing professionally while contributing to an essential part of the community’s infrastructure. I’m looking forward to the challenges, learning opportunities, and growth this position will bring, and I’m grateful for the chance to serve in a new capacity.
