About Anthony Milligan

Possessing over 25 years of maritime based skills and experience on a vast range of projects across the Renewable and Oil & Gas sectors. I pride myself on my communication skills, maintaining a proactive, elevated level of professionalism and endeavour to share the knowledge I have gathered throughout my career. Safety is of paramount importance to me in everything that I do in both life and at work. I am currently employed as Lead Marine Assurance Manager with a ScottishPower Renewables. Prior to that, a Chief Officer on the world’s largest self-propelled jack up/construction vessel with the last 8 years in the Offshore Wind and Decommissioning Sectors in the North Sea. The 15 years preceding this I worked worldwide on AHTS vessels, pipe laying, subsea ROV, rig moving, offshore cargo, FPSO and subsea moorings. I have a broad experience procedure writing and development in implementation of new Safety Management Systems.
