About Anthony Miser

I’m passionate about creating real opportunities for individuals with disabilities and neurodivergent adults to thrive in the workforce. As Assistant Director of Employment Services at Little Friends, I lead a high-performing team, drive strategic partnerships, and oversee programs that deliver measurable impact and meaningful outcomes. From managing multi-staff teams and large caseloads to developing career curricula and optimizing operational systems, I combine hands-on leadership with strategic thinking. I work closely with families, employers, and community partners to remove barriers, expand opportunities, and help every participant succeed.I thrive at the intersection of strategy, operations, and advocacy - turning vision into results and programs into pathways for growth, independence, and success.
