About Anthony Moon

I am a Software Engineer at InfoSys LLC. At InfoSys, we provide developing expertise and programming solutions for our clients. Currently, I am providing quality assurance for Mesh Network, a Wi-Fi Management Software by Comcast that allows users to add, remove, rename, and remap Wi-Fi extenders and Wi-Fi capable devices. This tool also tracks firmware updates, statistics, and optimizes the Wi-Fi network to ensure the best possible experience for users. This software is built in Go, with components in Node JS. Our databases are stored in MongoDB and YugaDB and updated by Kafka call flows. All of these components are tested by automation software built with an in-house Python framework called Boxer Framework. We host this automation in Jenkins, using Git-Enterprise to maintain the code. Manual testing of REST APIs is accomplished with Postman and Bruno. OpenSSH is utilized to debug specific devices. Previously, I was working for a different team under Comcast building MSN, Micro-Service Network. This tool automated security groups, services and policies between development teams. This tool was built in Go, utilizing Helm3 and Kubernetes for deployment and deployment management, and testing with Robot Framework. I graduated from LeTourneau University with a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering and a minor in Mathematics. My capstone project involved lower-limb prosthesis, gait mechanics research and research design in a motion capture lab. I was responsible for researching previous studies for comparison to our own research and data analysis. I have become skilled in research, technical writing, MATLAB, data cataloging organization, signal processing, graphing and image processing. Additionally, I was responsible for creating test procedures the team used to compare the prosthetic we fabricated to a prosthetic from the market. I learned how to eliminate contributing variables between test conditions.
