Anthony has extensive applied and managerial experience in environmental consulting for various private entities including railroads, chemical manufacturers and distributors, petroleum marketers, industrial manufacturers, large-scale retailers, commercial developers, and law firms, as well as federal, state, and local government. Experience includes daily management and overall senior level management for facilities impacted with LNAPL, DNAPL, heavy metals, PCBs, and other various hazardous materials. Tasks performed include contract negotiation, stakeholder management, site investigation and characterization, remediation, risk assessment, UST removal, emergency response, and hazardous materials management. Specific technology experience includes passive and soil gas surveys, surficial and downwell geophysical surveys, LIF and MIP surveys, unconsolidated and bedrock drilling, traditional/passive/low-flow groundwater sampling, vertical profile sampling, in-situ and bench scale treatability testing, compound specific isotope analysis, large-scale excavation work, pump-and-treat systems, LNAPL and DNAPL recovery, in-situ bioremediation, in-situ chemical oxidation, and various emergency response scenarios.
